Pleasant Dreams Organic Herbal Tisane is part of our house-blended Wellness Line. This is a combination of caffeine-free, organic sedative nervine herbs. The aromatic and earthy herbs in this blend have been traditionally used on the nervous system to reduce anxiety and promote sleep.
Ingredients: organic passion flower leaf, organic valerian root, organic skullcap leaf.
*Please note that for a very small percentage of people valerian root has a stimulating, as opposed to a sedating, effect. If you tend to "run hot", you may be among the few that will have this effect. It is always recommended to take this blend on a night when you can "afford" the loss of sleep, if you have a stimulating effect. Also note, that valerian root has a strong earthy and pungent aroma that is off-putting to some. The infused beverage is not as pungent as the dry blend.
