Kenilworth Estate OP Ceylon is a full leaf black tea from one of the oldest tea gardens in Sri Lanka. The garden, well-known for consistent high quality, was established in the mid-1800’s at approximately 4,000 feet in the high-grown Nuwara Eliya district. It borders the mid-grown district of Kandy and follows the production-style of this district.
The leaves yield character of both growing elevations resulting in a medium-bodied, smooth and flavorful infusion with a soft, sweet aroma and tobacco notes. Elegance that is best enjoyed plain, but can hold up to milk.
