Sumatra Hand-Rollled is a rare and amazingly complex, completely hand-plucked and hand-processed tea from the Indonesian island of Sumatra. Leaves of a Camellia sinensis sinensis cultivar that is typically used for the production of Taiwanese wulongs is grown at an elevation of 3600 feet.
The rolled leaves unfurl to yield a medium–bodied, bright, flavorful and smooth infusion with sweet notes of molasses and fruit and deep, rich notes of cacao.
