Yunnan Imperial Black Tea is organically-grown in the land-locked Yunnan Province located in southwestern China near the Himalayan Mountains. Yunnan black teas are grown in a mild climate and are produced from the local large leaf Dayeh cultivar, which is classified under the Camellia sinensis assamica variety of tea plant.
