Jun Chiyabari Estate is an organic black tea from Nepal. Jun Chiyabari, meaning “Moonlit Tea Garden”, was established in 2000 in the Dhankuta District and is located at elevations between 5,400 and 6,900 feet. The small, organic garden is only about 220 acres and has been planted with small lots of high quality cultivars from Darjeeling, China, Taiwan, and Japan.
Beautiful, hand-harvested and hand-rolled leaves yield a medium-bodied, smooth, complexly aromatic and flavorful infusion with notes of hay, earth, floral, and a delicate spiciness.
