Choui Fong is a green tea from Choui Fong Tea in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. The garden was established in the 1960’s in the tropical and mountainous region at an elevation of 4,200 feet. This unique, large-leaf tea is crafted from the Camellia sinensis sinensis type of the tea plant using traditional Thai methods.
The leaves yield a light- to medium-bodied, buttery and delicate infusion with lovely floral, nutty, grassy, and fruity notes.
