Bai Mu Dan Organic, also known as White Peony, is a white tea that is grown in the Fujian Province of China. This tea, which is crafted from the Fuding Da Hao cultivar, is plucked after the Silver Needle harvest and is comprised of two leaves and a bud. Bai Mu Dan has similar characteristics as Silver Needle, but is much bolder and preferable to those who like a tea with a little more body and stronger flavor.
The multi-colored leaves and buds yield a straw-colored, light- to medium-bodied infusion with a complex blend of fresh, sweet, grassy and herbaceous aromas and flavors.
